You count–it measures–together you get your loop wound up just right. Use this torque meter for rubber up to 3/32″. It’s a fun little kit, and you get to do a little bit of wire bending, but nothing crazy. The instructions lead you gently through the build, and explain how to use a torque meter for best effect.
